Dotty was one of the ten winners in the International Polymer-Clay
Bead competition, and has had her work on display in a number of galleries, and sells through stores and at craft
and art shows in Orange County, California.
She is a member of the Orange County Polymer Clay Guild, The San Diego
Clay Guild, and the National Polymer Clay guild, and the Orange County Bead Society. She teaches classes in Orange
County, as well as in San Diego. Some of her work can be seen online at Polymer Clay Central on Delphi.

When Dotty first began working with polymer-clay she had no idea how incredibly versatile the medium was.
She thought it was just something to give to her kids and grandkids to keep them busy. However, like so
many others, she discovered Nan Roche's fantastic book, "The New Clay," and was amazed by the dazzling work shown
there.
A number of early polymer-clay artists have pioneered the path of discovery and creation, and given inspiration
to all of us who have followed. Dotty is truly grateful for all their trailblazing efforts. |
